With your help and communication, we typically see applications completed within 72 hours. We will need to see proof of income, vet records and pet photo (if applicable), and have you fill out a rental verification to be sent to your current property management. We also have a 3rd party online credit screening that we will run. 

Rent is due, every month, on the 1st! We allow up until the 5th to make payments before you will receive a late fee. 

With your rent, you get access to your fantastic home in our friendly community, and all potentially attached amenities such as a garage and driveway. Access to our pools, gym, trash service, superstar maintenance team, and more, are all complimentary! You will only pay us, additionally, for your water bill which is based on usage.

We're lucky to call a coastal paradise home! Coligny Beach on Hilton Head Island is just 8.5 miles away, about a 15-20 minute drive. Prefer to stay local? Bluffton offers charming sandbars like Alljoy and Brighton Beach on the May River, perfect for boating adventures and local launch spots.
